MEMBERSHIP TERMS

 

1. Status and Membership

Any school of general or supplementary education, private or associative school, non-profit organization, AI course or academy working with children and teenagers aged 6–18 may join. Membership is granted for one year, with a single annual fee. Upon registration, the school receives a LELEKAI AI SCHOOL ID and Educational Partner status of LeleKai International Fest.

 

2. School Participation Rules

The school appoints a responsible person and follows the club’s rules. The school is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided about the organization, students, and projects.

 

3. LeleKai AI Junior

Age groups: AI Explorer (6–9), AI Creator (10–12), AI Author (13–15), AI Future Creator (16–18). Projects by participants under 18 are marked AI Junior and reviewed separately from the adult program. From age 13, a project may be recommended for the main Creative Worlds program. Participation by minors requires consent from a parent or legal guardian.

 

4. Data Safety and Protection

Children’s personal data, publication of images and works, copyright, and the use of AI tools require parental or guardian consent at every stage — from registration to publication.

 

5. AI Education — Age Appropriate

The Understand → Create → Co-create principle is applied with regard to the child’s age and pedagogical guidance at every stage.

 

6. National Legislation

LeleKai AI School Club is an international educational initiative. Each school independently ensures its activities comply with the legislation and educational requirements of the country in which it operates. For schools in France, the reference point is the current French framework for AI use in education; for schools in other countries, the corresponding national requirements apply.
